Monogamyvault B.V. is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 92797452. The VAT identification number is NL842249497B01. Invoices state these details as required for businesses in the Netherlands.

Our work covers professional recording, mixing, mastering and related services described on this site. Published rates are guide prices including 21% VAT unless a quote states otherwise.

3. Opening hours and reachability

Sessions are by appointment. Regular phone and email availability:

Monday–Friday 09:30–18:30, Saturday 12:00–17:00, Sunday closed.

Directions: Trams 3, 13 and 17 stop at Haarlemmerplein; from there it is about a 4-minute walk via Haarlemmerdijk and Elandsgracht. From Amsterdam Central Station it is roughly a 12-minute walk via Haarlemmerdijk. The studio entrance is at street level beside the bicycle racks.. 4. Hosting and technical setup

The website is hosted by TransIP B.V. (Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, Nederland). DNS and server operations are their responsibility as processor; we use contractual safeguards appropriate to the service.

5. Contact form and transfers outside the EEA

The contact form sends messages through FormSubmit, which forwards them to [email protected]. FormSubmit operates from the United States, so your name, email, phone number and message may be processed outside the European Economic Area.

We use FormSubmit only to receive your enquiry; further correspondence uses our own mailbox. Retention, legal bases and your rights are set out in the privacy policy. Business clients who process personal data on our behalf may refer to the data processing agreement.

6. Intellectual property on the site

Text, photography, layout and other content on https://monogamyvault.click are protected by copyright and related rights of Monogamyvault B.V. or licensors. You may view pages and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, scraping or republishing without written permission is not allowed except where law permits brief quotation with attribution.

Third-party trademarks appearing in images or copy remain the property of their owners.

8. Complaints and supervision

If you have a complaint about our services or data handling, contact us first via [email protected] or 020 623 8147. We try to resolve matters directly. Consumers may also rely on statutory complaint and dispute rules described in article 14 of the terms and conditions.

For privacy complaints you may contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). We do not name other bodies unless they appear explicitly in our documents.
