1. Controller
Monogamyvault B.V. ("Monogamyvault"), private limited company (B.V.), registered at Elandsgracht 84, 1016 TX Amsterdam, the Netherlands, KvK 92797452, VAT ID NL842249497B01, is the controller of personal data processed via monogamyvault.click and in our studio: enquiries, quotes, bookings, recording, mixing, mastering and podcast work.

2. Scope
The text applies to anyone using monogamyvault.click, emailing [email protected], calling the studio, or attending sessions at Elandsgracht 84 in Amsterdam. It sets out categories of personal data, purposes, retention and GDPR rights as implemented in the Netherlands.
If a company hires us to capture voices or instruments for its project, that company decides how resulting files are reused; we follow its instructions under the data processing agreement.
3. Data we process
Enquiries: identity and reachability (name, email, optional phone), chosen service such as mixing or podcast recording, optional session date and free-text project notes submitted through contact.
Commercial relationship: invoice name and address, VAT details where relevant, artist credits, correspondence threads, bank references, and deposit invoices of 35% when stated in terms and conditions.
Audio work: performances captured in our booths and live room remain personal data while they identify a person; processing stays tied to editing, mixing or mastering deliverables.
Site operation: TransIP B.V. may log technical metadata for abuse prevention; consent choices live in the browser as described in cookie policy.
We do not collect health data or other special categories. Sessions for under-16 participants need a parent or legal guardian to book.

We do not sell or rent data. We do not send marketing emails. Where we rely on legitimate interest, we balance your rights; you may object (Art. 21 GDPR).
5. Voice, image, minors and artificial intelligence
Marketing use of your takes, behind-the-scenes imagery or identifiable credits on monogamyvault.click or social channels happens only after you approve it in writing.
Session multitracks are not fed into machine-learning pipelines, benchmark datasets or synthetic voice products; cloning a performer’s timbre requires separate signed permission from that performer.
The public site targets working musicians and producers rather than children; account-style features are absent, and guardians arrange bookings for younger talent.
6. Recipients
Within Monogamyvault, only team members who deliver the work have access, across our 4 rooms at Elandsgracht.
- TransIP B.V., website and email hosting, servers in the European Economic Area where possible;
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), forwarding the contact form to our mailbox;
- accountant, for billing data under confidentiality;
- bank, for payments;
- authorities, when required by law.
Processors are bound by Article 28 GDPR contracts. Business details are in the data processing agreement.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Hosting and storage are primarily in the EEA. FormSubmit is operated from the United States: form contents may be processed there briefly. We have not received confirmation of an EU adequacy decision or approved certification covering that provider. We rely on Article 49(1)(b) GDPR: necessary for the pre-contractual steps you request by submitting the form.

8. Security
Operational safeguards include TLS on the site, role-based access for engineers, encrypted disks on location laptops where practical, physical locks on the Jordaan premises, and scheduled purges of project folders once the 18-month window ends.
Should unauthorised disclosure create likely harm, we contact the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens and, where Article 34 GDPR applies, affected individuals without undue delay. You still share files at your own risk when using ordinary email; we recommend secure links for large masters.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for copies, corrections, deletion, limited processing, structured export of supplied details, or object to operations grounded in legitimate interest. Withdrawn marketing consent does not undo earlier lawful handling.
Route requests through [email protected] or postal mail to Elandsgracht 84, 1016 TX Amsterdam. Standard response time is one month; intricate cases may take up to three months with explanation. We can request proof of identity when necessary.
Unresolved concerns may be escalated to the AP via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl, though we encourage a conversation through contact first.
10. Cookies
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Only your consent choice is stored locally as mngm_consent_v1 for 182 days. Details: cookie policy and .
11. External links
Route planning may open OpenStreetMap or similar tools outside our domain. Those operators define their own privacy terms; review them before sharing location data.
12. Status and changes
Nothing here reduces statutory protections. Updates appear on this URL with revision date 14 October 2026 and effective date 14 October 2026; ongoing clients with open projects receive email when changes materially affect storage or sharing.
