1. Purpose of this website
Monogamyvault uses https://monogamyvault.click to introduce our studio at Elandsgracht 84 in Amsterdam, our services, practical guides and FAQ answers. Content is general and helps you prepare for a session.
Nothing on the site is a binding offer. A contract forms only as set out in article 3 of the terms and conditions. Company details: legal notice.
2. Timeliness and completeness
We update copy, photos and guide rates when the studio or pricing changes. Pages may briefly lag actual availability, hourly fees or technical specs. Confirm critical details via contact before travelling or uploading files.
Figures about rooms (for example 4 recording spaces, live room about 32 m², control room about 24 m²) reflect a snapshot; routing may differ per session.
3. No guarantee of artistic or commercial outcome
Recording, mixing and mastering are creative and technical services. We deliver agreed professional work but cannot guarantee a specific sound, hit potential, playlist placement or streaming metrics. Your performance, arrangement, source material and later distribution also shape results.
Loudness notes in our loudness guide follow common platform guidance; platforms may change rules without an immediate site update.
4. External links and embedded services
Links to maps, open data or suppliers (such as TransIP for hosting) are governed by those parties. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content or uptime.

5. Liability for use of the site
Where permitted by law we are not liable for damage from relying on website information without separate written confirmation, or from temporary unavailability due to maintenance or outages at TransIP B.V..
