Standard hours are Monday–Friday 09:30–18:30, Saturday 12:00–17:00, Sunday closed. Evening live-room slots exist at the evening rate €328; ask early about availability.

If a gap opens, yes. Last-minute bookings require immediate payment of the full session fee; free cancellation within 4 days no longer applies.

No. Every paid session includes a Monogamyvault engineer for setup, recording and export. You may bring your producer after we agree.

Vocals or voice-over for a single track usually take two to four hours. A well-prepared band can lay basic tracks for several songs in a half day in the live room.

One or two people in the control room is fine. Larger groups distract; tell us beforehand so we can plan seating and monitoring.

Extensions only if the next slot is free and you ask in advance. Extra time is billed per started half hour at the booked service hourly rate.

Smoking outside only. Food in the lounge, not in booths. Alcohol in moderation after takes; during recording we ask for sobriety for safety and focus.

Default 24-bit WAV on session day via secure download. Stems per instrument on request. Mastering delivers DDP or hi-res WAV as agreed on mastering.

Raw sessions and mix projects stay on local servers for 18 months. After that we delete files unless you purchase an extension.

Follow delivering stems: labelled tracks, no limiter on the bus, sample rate and tempo in folder names. Unsure? Email for a quick pre-check.

2 written revision rounds per track are included. Extra rounds or stem changes after approval are quoted separately.

We import Logic, Pro Tools and Reaper sessions, no live remote editing. Export stems before you arrive to save time.

After full payment for the agreed service, recordings belong to you as set out in terms. Monogamyvault does not use material commercially without written permission.

Only with explicit written permission per track. We do not share demos with third parties; see privacy for contact data processing.

Podcast and session guests on audio give consent via the booker. Retention details are in privacy policy and data processing agreement for business jobs.

From 16 if a parent or guardian books and stays present. Younger artists are welcome with written consent from a legal representative.

Yes, rates on Services include 21 % VAT with an excl. column beside. Example: vocal per hour €105 incl., €86.78 excl.

Up to 4 days before start you can move or cancel free of charge. Inside that window the deposit is lost on no-show except force majeure per terms.

Packages such as podcast six episodes (€1,450) or vocal full day €685 are already reduced. Mix plus master combos are quoted per project in writing.

Street parking in the Jordaan is limited and paid. Trams 3, 13 and 17 stop at Haarlemmerplein; from there it is about a 4-minute walk via Haarlemmerdijk and Elandsgracht. From Amsterdam Central Station it is roughly a 12-minute walk via Haarlemmerdijk. The studio entrance is at street level beside the bicycle racks. Bikes fit the racks beside our entrance.
